PR Update In A Few Days
Yeah that’s right people. My spidey senses are telling me that the next PageRank is going to be within the next few days. I’m just sharing it with you guys. I know a lot of us don’t care about PR anymore (I don’t).
Oh look. I was right! Matt Cutts, head of Google spam team posted on his blog confirming this. Man my spidey sense are awesome. Just amazing, huh?
So tell us if you care about PR or not. I personally don’t. Like I do a bit, but I don’t go crazy about it (like all the people over at DP and a lot of other webmasters). I would be happy to have a high PR, but I wouldn’t do all the crazy link exchanges, backlinks, etc to get it. I would rather concentrate on writing great content for my blog.
Wanna check your PR? Head over to Smart PageRank or PRchecker.info. Or you can also check it from your Google Toolbar (but I wouldn’t install the Google toolbar).

haha im $177 worth n Alexa says this website receives little or no trafic ranked 7 millionth lol … for not really beeing updated for 2yrs its not even bad ^.^

The new update seems to have already happened for me! I’ve just noticed that I’ve finally got myself a PageRank! It’s only 1/10, but I’m over the moon!
Although I guess that one should not be fussing about such trivial matters. Like you rightly and wisely point out, the most important thing by a country mile is crafting hearty, wholesome good content and stuff.
Are your qualms over the Google toolbar are due to the likelihood that the (opt-out) feature that sends anonymous data about crashes and stuff might be used for sinister purposes?

Oh really? Cool. I’ll go check if I got a PR.
Well I don’t really trust Google. They have a lot (i mean lot) of privacy issues. And their toolbar has been known to be a spyware. It sends out data. And the toolbar isn’t even that useful. I can just use PR checking sites to check the PR.
