MSN’s Customer Service SUCKS!
29 Aug
A few weeks back, my friend’s hotmail account got hacked. And one day, i find the script kiddie (a wannabe hacker) logged into her ID. So, I started chatting and stuff, and collected his IP address, so that I (or the authorities) can track him down.
I write a message to MSN about it and offer them the IP address, so that they can track down the script kiddie or tell his ISP (internet service provider) about it.
And they email me back the next day, saying
“Hello,
Thank you for your message to MSN and Windows Live Privacy.
I understand you are having difficulties accessing your MSN Hotmail account because you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.
For assistance with this issue, please contact the MSN Support staff using the form at:

How stupid could you be? I told you it’s my friend’s account, not mine!
Then I replied their email, saying
"Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Its not my account that is being hacked. Its my friend’s account. And I think he might go around randomly hacking people. So, I wanted to let you guys know.”
Then some other customer service guy replies
"Hello,
Thank you for your message to MSN and Windows Live Privacy.
We take our customers` feedback very seriously. We appreciate you taking the time to forward your thoughts to us. Please continue to send us your feedback and suggestions; your comments help us to provide the most useful experience possible.
Sincerely,

And yes thanks for being so irrelevant. What kind of an idiot are you guys?
